I work at Continuus, a data and analytics professional services firm, focused on investment management. Having spent the last 6 months traveling across the country visiting clients and partners, meeting our industry-leading consultants, and hosting events in our Milwaukee headquarters, I am settling into my first year in this dynamic company.
Prior to joining Continuus as CRO, I spent over 13 years working as a Senior Officer and Senior Sales Director at FactSet. My experience managing large specialist sales teams, responsible for datafeeds and analytics, convinced me that clients need extended data enablement services to get the full value out of the data and technology they are investing in.

Here is an example a typical day in Sales at Continuus:
9:30am | Daily Check-in
All Operations and Sales teams from the company join in a company call. Everyone is accountable for their goals and action items for each day.
9:45am –12pm | Client Meetings (Virtual or In-Person, when possible)
We are a remote company, with physical headquarters in Milwaukee, and we have amazing support and culture for remote work.
Example Client Meeting Topics Include: Getting Started in Snowflake, Modernizing Data Infrastructure (Migrating Core Operations out of Excel), Establishing Better Data Governance, Data Enablement for AI/Regulation/Reporting, Switching Data Sources, Migrating Off On-Premise tools to Snowflake Hosted tools, Creating AI Chatbots for Analysis, Leveraging AI Technology to Extract Unstructured Data from PDFs into Normalized Tables, Building Dashboards and Modular Workflow Solutions Leveraging Streamlit, Client Extensions, Staff Augmentation for Large Firmwide Initiatives, etc.
12pm – 12:30pm | Break for Lunch, Listen to Continuus Book Club Selection
Right now we are reading Annie Duke’s Thinking in Bets. Our firm utilizes a lot of concepts from Traction by Gino Wickman as well.
12:30pm – 3:30pm | Sales Team and Partner Meetings
We partner very closely with Snowflake, Alteryx, and FactSet and have regular meeting cadences with their teams and mutual clients.
3:30pm – 5pm | Leadership Meetings and Action Items
I close out the day following up with Continuus Leadership and addressing items that need immediate action. We are under 100 employees, and I enjoy how quickly we can respond to changing needs.
My favorite days are those that I have back-to-back client meetings, and I have to reschedule any internal or partner-focused meetings to dig deeper into client needs. I came to Continuus to partner deeply with our clients and equip their data to serve their business needs, and our consultants have absolutely blown me away with what they are able to deliver for our clients.
Many consultants come to Continuus after having very accomplished careers in asset management, and they enjoy the flexibility and changing pace that comes with serving multiple investment management firms with data models. We are in the business of solving problems and empowering firms to be more data driven, and I am thrilled to be leading Sales here at Continuus.
